add some RestAPI examples

I created some examples for the freva REST API, including demonstrating how to retrieve the Data Reference Syntax (DRS) standards, and how to use the different endpoints, such as for (meta)data search and intake-esm catalogue creation. Feel free to test the examples on jupyterhub and let me know if I should add anything else!
