Vault integration
This is the counterpart of MR #9 of the evaluation_system code.
This MR integrates the deployment of a vault server to store and retrieve arbitrary secrets like key-value based passwords or tokens. @k204231 maybe you can try the application of the vault. Should be straight forward. Pleas let me know if something doesn't work.
