Minor issues in tempalte

The following issues need to be fixed:

• Write in detail, how to use the template and then fill it out and how to checkout to a project report branch in README
• mention places in zwischenbericht.tex that need to be filled.
• Add bump version
• Mention this as issue u might face in README: https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/55105/when-should-i-use-intersentence-spacing
• Find a solution for tags PDF control. Currently all shown as main PDF
• Overall make a step-by-step from template to publish the version

In this version due to the wrong algorithm definition in pages service we get failed pipeline, which after closing this issue, it would be fixed ...
