Update the PDF files in PDFs folder

Update the PDF files in the material/PDFs folder.

• delete old PDF files
• add actual PDF files

Changes

• to include the images change from relative to absolute path
• notebooks with errors by design have cleared output cells
• notebooks without errors are executed, results are displayed inline
