Build process for multiple compilers across different machines

1. Split the deployment scripts into smaller ones
2. Removed all the git submodules
3. Building what was previously the git submodules seperately via the build scripts
4. Yaco dependencies can now be built & extended for seperate machines (largely based on how its done in icon-mpim)
