CDI 1.8.x pdt

Jochen Foerstner and me kindly ask for a backmerge of the following changes into cdi-1.8.x, and a corrsponding update of the cdi external in the ICON-RC.

no that's all from our side. I will mark it as ready.

Remark: Normally for the productDefinitionTemplateNumber there are variants for deterministic runs and EPS (with number + 1).

E.g. 40 for "Analysis or forecast at a horizontal level or in a horizontal layer at a point in time for atmospheric chemical constituents." and 41 for "Individual ensemble forecast, control and perturbed, at a horizontal level or in a horizontal layer at a point in time for atmospheric chemical constituents."

The EPS pendant to 48 for "Analysis or forecast at a horizontal level or in a horizontal layer at a point in time for optical properties of aerosol." with the number 49 is also not in the first of the changed lists of cases.

So far we do not use 49, and the problem with the missing definitions for the distribution templates (57, 58) only faced for the input of the data. I.e., we would need 49 only in the list, if we want to read in EPS data of optical properties of aerosol.
