Windows support

What is your stance on Windows support ?

I have a set of patches that allows me to build libcdi on Windows and they soon will be added to the ParaView superbuild in order to ship the CDIReader plugin in our windows binary release.

I could upstream these patches but I can understand that these patches may not be welcome.

I have no experience with Windows and no idea what exactly this means for us. But you can send me the patches and I'll take a look.

In short it means:

• Adding some #if WIN32 to handle some Windows peculiarity
• Avoiding to rely on unistd.h but instead rely on standard cross platform includes
• Handling symbol exports (trivial using CMake)

I can definitely provides patches, I will try to work on that as soon as possible.

However, you may want to consider adding Windows CI to ensure there is no regression.
