Uninitialized data in struct leads to segmentation fault of cdo.

Use of uninitialized struct entries lbounds and ubounds in vlist_generate_zaxis can lead to problems if any of the two is not NULL accidentally.

This was introduced in b1c602b5 and affects releases from 2.0.5 onward.
