* A temporary workaround for the filesystem problems.

* In contrast to other compilers, NVHPC optimizes for the local machine by
  default (i.e. what GCC does when provided with -march=native) and not the
  baseline arch of its CPU.

* Needs to be updated for Debian Bullseye on Breeze.
