Doc string improvements

This branch makes the docstrings of functions which wrap other pyicon functions visible to the user. For example, via the xarray accessor, the function call da.pyic.plot() wraps the function pyicon.plot(da) however if one were to call help(da.pyic.plot) the documentation would be empty. Now the documentation leads to the wrapped function's.
