quickplots/qp_driver.py: Bug fix: Allow to path fpath_tgrid directly instead of overwriting it by some smart or not so smart automatization.

pyicon_calc.py: New and quicker version to derive bstr. It does not seem to work properly yet and needs to be better tested. Therfore switched off as default.

pyicon_tb.py: Added option to specify in time_average which file is picked to identify dimensions for averaging.

pyicon/quickplots/pyicon_quickplots.py: Changed mappbale to hm and used hm[1] for contour labeling since labeling of contourf seems buggy and hm[1] which refers to contour should be used in stead.

pyicon/pyicon_tb.py: Added some potential candidate for another output function. However not in use yet.

run_qp_driver_*.sh: Changed path for source file to local version such that it is (hopefully) ensured that the each user uses its local pyicon version.

quickplots/pyicon_quickplots.py: Added option for saving netcdf data in qp_hplot, qp_vplot and qp_timeseries.

tools/conda_act_mistral_pyicon_env.sh: Went back to previous version since new version has the issue that path is taken relatively from where conda_act_mistral_pyicon_env.sh is called.

config_ckdtree/config_ckdtree_r2b11_oce.py config_ckdtree/run_config_ckdtree_r2b11_oce.py: Added script and slurm script for R2B11 ckdtree derivation.

tools/conda_act_mistral_pyicon_env.sh: Fixed bug where always directory of source script was used as basis for pyicon path.

pyicon/pyicon_tb.py: Better option for cropping data for interpolated data where lon_reg, lat_reg can directly be sepcified in interp_to_rectgrid. New function: write_dataarray_to_nc for netcdf output.

pyicon/pyicon_IconData.py: New short-cut parameter do_only_timesteps to simply load the time steps and var names of a data set only.

.gitlab-ci.yml: Corrected wrong naming.
