Nvhpc 21.5
This script intends to port cdi-pio on Juwels Booster according to Dmitry's config[https://gitlab.dkrz.de/icon/icon-cscs/-/blob/qubicc3/config/jsc/juwels_booster.gpu.ompi_nvhpc-21.5]
Because I don't have permission to access directory fastdata and project, the prefix and builddir are modified. When you test the scripts, please consider changing them back.
