When executing build-cdi-pio-stack-vader-icc-impi.sh, the message is shown:

Loading intel-oneapi-compilers/2021.1.0-intel

Loading requirement: gcc/10.2.0

So the module gcc/10.2.0 needs to be loaded before intel-oneapi-compilers.
