Draft: Bump license year

What is the bug

The license year of many C++ implementations are wrong.

How do you fix it

Change 2024 to 2025.

How urgent is the bugfix

• I need it as soon as possible
• I can wait for a couple of days
• None of my current codes is directly affected

• Bugfix is covered by additional unit tests
