3d: Wedges not supported by Catalyst

Condiut supports the element type wedge which would be the one to use with ICON. Unfortunately Catalyst doesn't support it.

Workaround: Use generic polyhedral grid.

Open questions:

• Is it sufficient to add VTK_WEDGE in vtkConduitToDataObject.cxx?
