Clean up configure and new YAC interface

1. Add autogen.sh. The configure script is automatically generated and should not be edited manually. Please, use this new script to update configure when you change configure.ac or anything inside build-aux/m4.
2. Regenerate configure script, which drops several manually introduced lines.
3. The euro5min and aus5min values for the --enable-resolution option seem to be obsolete, therefore they are removed from configure.ac fully.
4. The MO_YAC_FINTERFACE is deprecated starting YAC 3.2.0 (see here) and will be removed in one of the next releases. The configure script and the code is updated to use the new YAC module.

Hi @m300488 (Sergei) my problems are solved. Just one question: I assume that you checked that the ICON coupling via VAC is still running properly? (The reason of the question is that I cannot check running the coupled system myself).

There is a couple of minor changes required on the ICON side for this to work (see icon/icon!520). So, when these changes find their way into the ICON repo, they should be combined with the changes in the aforementioned merge request to the ICON repo.

Thanks for the info. Then, I probably should wait with confirming the merge request until the merge request on the ICON side has been confirmed? Or will the current coupling setup still run if I confirm your merge request now?

The request for ICON must not be merged before this one. If you accept this one, nothing changes for ICON users because the ICON repo references c54e075f. Only when someone decides to switch ICON to a newer version of HD will they need changes from icon/icon!520 but that is the next step.
