calender export - handle placeholder lines

The calendar export feature (!32 (merged)) currently assumes that every line in the lecture table corresponds to an actual lecture. However, there's the pentecost break, which probably should be highlighted (as in !37 (merged)), but probably shouldn't generate a calendar entry. Lukas, do you think we could have some syntax marking a row in the table as hidden / non-calendar / etc...?
