A couple of fixes

  1. Update .gitignore to ignore diagnostic files generated by the NEC Fortran compiler (nfort).
  2. Extend the workarounds in tests/ftest_common.f90 and tests/test_redist_collection_displace_f.f90 to NVHPC 23.7.
