cells with three corners (2*LON + 1*LAT), which have a pole as the corner between the two circles of longitude are now marked as LON_LAT_CELL by the routine get_cell_type

* additionally it is now possible to get the user_input_data associated with the pointer

* this removes the need for some global variables in component.c
