Create Test Catalog of Catalogs

Create a first Catalog of (sub)Catalogs STAC structure, containing

• CMIP6/7 sub(catalog)
• EERIE sub(catalog)
• a CMIP near test data collection (e.g. from Palmod) hosted at DKRZ
• a CMIP near test data collection hosted on cloud
• .. other EXPECT relevant data collections t.b.d

initially based on a local STAC API test installation after iteration deploy as part of DKRZ STAC API instance (currently DKRZ ESGF VM instance)
