CORDEX data pool needs to be cleaned up

Some unvalid data was available in the CORDEX pool: /work/kd0956/CORDEX/data

This has been put in the catalog.

A new catalog has been created and moved to /work/kd0956/Catalogs/

Invalid data has been removed from the catalog. Additionally, some files in the pool have been made invisible.
