fixed hasAllInputs( and createProcesses to work with variable number of input files, moved expand_wildcards and checkStreamCnt into pstream_t

added create_pstream function which allow to create pstreams with set filenames, removed warnings form bandit tests, added new bandit test

added enskurt operator and tests for enskurt and ensskew, removed unused variables in fldkurt and fldskew

remapdis/remapnn without extrapolation on non global curvilinear grids: replaced expansion of borders by local search.
