modules.cc: replaces usage of cdo error messages with printf, this removed artifical dependency on output files

merged getOperatorName and getOriginal (util.cc -> modules.cc), moved getProgname from util.cc into cdo.cc

util.cc:

*   const char* getOperatorName(const char*):
**      removed - replacing of alias with original to remove dependency on modules.h

process.cc:
* process_t::process_t(int, const char*):
**  added   - replacing of alias with original name

cdo.cc:
*   main(int, char**)
**  added   - replacing of alias with original name

modules.cc/h:
* char* get_original(char*):
**      changed - function to const char* get_original(const char*)
* bool is_alias(const char*):
**      changed - function to const bool is_alias(const char*)

moved operator string definitions into their own file, moved module creation routine into cdo.cc, moved module definitions into their own file
