pyicon/pyicon_IconData.py: Added verobosity option to IconData object. Added more physical concstnat. Added function load_timeseries.

pyicon/quickplots/qp_driver.py: Bug fix: omit_last_file needs to be passed to timeseries plots otherwise last piece of timeseries is always missing and derivation of time series stats is not possible.

pyicon/pyicon_IconData.py: Uncommented dolic_c/e since it is not in FX file for R2B8 and not used yet.

pyicon/quickplots/qp_driver.py: Due to problems with nex cmap for ice went back to fall-back cmap. New clevs for ice thickness.

pyicon/quickplots/pyicon_quickplots.py: Allow for values ommited of tseries plots. Numbers below tseries plots.
