pyicon.quickplots: Adapted to new arrange_axes and adapted to splitting and moving of quickplot related functions to quickplot module.

pyicon/pyicon_plotting.py: Fixed use_pcol bug. Added some additional input variables to arrange_axes to keep backward compatibility. Some space adjustments in arrange_axes.

quickplots: Renaming: quickplots module is named pyicon_quickplots.py driver script is named qp_driver.py.

Moving pyicon_quickplots and pyicon_view to their specific directories. Adding imports in __init__ files. Moving qp specific functions from pyicon_tb to pyicon_quickplots.py

pyicon/pyicon_plotting.py: Added new version of arrange_axes. Modifications/ expansions in plot_settings.

  * output.capture() for update_fig
  * rgrid update did not work:
    problem sees to be in
    self.initialize_plot(ax=self.ax, cax=self.cax, do_infostr=False)
    therefore replaced this by load_hsnap, interp_to_rectgrid, and
    hplot_base

notebooks/examp_pyicon_transports.ipynb: Added example notebooks for barotropic and meridional streamfunctions.
