quickplots/qp_driver.py: Fixed bug that fpath_fx was always determined automatically but not taken from fpath_fx settings.

pyicon/quickplots/qp_driver.py: Allowing to specify a red_list or a green_list in config file to omit certain figure or to restrict to certain figures, respectively.

quickplots/pyicon_quickplots.py: Allow for modifying values in overview table by constant factors or summation.

  * activate ts_heat_content
  * put try/except statements around a few critical plots to avoid global crashes if these plots don't work
  * throw warning instead of error when png and json file is not found

pyicon/quickplots/qp_driver.py: Bug fix: omit_last_file needs to be passed to timeseries plots otherwise last piece of timeseries is always missing and derivation of time series stats is not possible.
