reduce amount of supported types in types.json.in

If ICON is the only application using the mmgr then the current amount of types supported in types.json.in seems to be way beyond the current usage. I suggest to limit the number of types and the number of ranks (to five). For the future it is easier to extend the list than to shorten it.
