support logical scalars

TMX has an internal workaround to represent logical scalars as integers within the mmgr. We could consider to provide a mmgr interface for logical scalars witch does the same so the user does not have to do it.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
