Transitioning issues

This is a loose list of issues that I ran into when browsing the website (regiklim-dev.drz.de)

  • Although connected to the same solr server as www-rgiklim.dkrz.de the databrowser shows different entries. Here is an example using the cli:
freva databrowser --facet project
project: cmip6,cordex,cordex-fpsconv,dyamond,nukleus,observations,reanalysis,reklies,user-k204230

This are the project facet the web has: cordex [290304], observations [21646], reanalysis [54635]

So there is something odd.

  • Instances displaying command for the cli should be updated according to the new cli
  • Plugins that have been started in batch mode raise a history error (no module pygtail) this example here should be the part that is displaying the content of the slurm outputfile
  • Plugins that have been exported by the user but are not part of the evaluation_system.conf break the history view, as no config an be loaded, I am not sure how to deal with this
  • The netcdf metadata inspector doesn't seem to be working
  • Freva databrowser in web should collect the facets below in one row. This is to copy and paste it into the shell.
  • when onmouseover Plugin and etc, the luminating is not the same brightness, as if it is selected.
  • Data-Browser everything is underlined, please undo. We used underline before on onmouseover, to give Feedback what is selected. That would good again. Also the blue text looks odd. Can we use black or signature (here tomato) color?
  • in a result also everything is underlined, please use plain letters Configuration, Programs Output...
  • in share results -> FreVa -> Freva
  • can we open the result part of an result directly instead of on request?
  • edit config keeps brackets in facets, which then do not find appriopiate solr facets anymore
  • the result browser just shows result of myself, when clicked on the facets.
  • the result browser just let me open my results, not the ones from someone else
  • http://regiklim-dev.dkrz.de/history/k204231/show/ should show Masheshs results, but it shows mine
  • I can change the Caption in Maheshs results
