Collection of scripts that are useful for working with the MPI Grand Ensemble (MPI-GE). (i.e. scripts for gathering output, analysis of output, running/checking experiments)

Create a link tree that mirrors a given base folder with all content. Directories are real, files are links.

A tutorial for analysing the MPI-GE (Max Planck Institute Grand Ensemble, http://mpimet.mpg.de/en/grand-ensemble). The tutorial is using python notebooks on the mistral supercomputer.
