Namelist templates refactored to be handled by AS.

AS copies namelist templates in the INI job to the HPC system. AS substitutes placeholders, specified in the template. In INI, only calculated values are replaced by shell variables (e.g. timing). All templates are adjusted accordingly. Some configuration needed adjustments.
