Dev/art standard cases

Applied several fixes to the ART standard cases such that they all* run.

Added scheduled pipelines for automatic testing on regular basis, mostly to detect issues arising from changes in ICON or ART. These pipelines also rebuild the model from scratch, s.t. the "shared" model is kept up-to-date.

*Exception: case ALLAERO_NORAD needs a workaround for the input files, which should not be incorporated into auto-icon and thus the case does not work currently.
