Add general analysis/visualization jobs

A set of general jobs for analysis and visualization can be created. These cover e.g.:

• global plots for temperature, wind speeds, density, etc. for surface, mid-level, upper level
• time series and mean values over different time ranges

This topic is really wide and it should further be discussed, which scripts to include, maybe to use templates form external sources, etc.
