Enhance CDO job

Some tasks to be addressed are:

• Run CDO tasks in parallel if this is doable (e.g. do the same for multiple files).
• Allow operator chaining with multiple files, s.t. the chain is invoked per file (as with OUTPUT -> substitute & pass on to next)
• Allow substituting with multiple input files + select
