improve Python documentation

In order to improve the YAC experience when using the Python bindings, I would suggest some changes to the documentation:

• Find a more prominent place in the Doxygen documentation. Currently, I find it hard to get to the respective pages. Maybe directly place a link in the General information or Extended information?
• Add a trouble-shooting guide (e.g. for issues with mpi4py)
